If your customer service sucks you will lose that customer plus let us not forget they WILL tell other people.   Have a Plan! To many business people just do not think about how they plan to run their business. Remember the old saying If you “Fail to Plan” you will “Plan to Fail” Set yourself goals it can be daily/weekly/monthly as long as you set your plan in motion and carry it out, you will succeed.
